MATT HUTTER

This commercial building titled "Eco-Commercial" is a concept designed to host a company focused on sustainability. Infused in the building is a vertical garden that wraps around three sides of the exterior, while the fourth side has a ground to ceiling solar panel display. I designed this model for the second version of the California Dream Week competition I had won the previous year with the Butterfly House. The Eco-Commercial building won an honorable mention award.
