Delivery is simple. P-rooms are forked lifted onto a flat bed truck then delivered to the site. They can then be craned into a tight space, or rolled on pneumatic caster wheels.
P-rooms are equipped with showers by LinneaAqua, kitchenettes, built-in beds and cabinetry made of wheat board, and lastly bamboo wood flooring. With immediate delivery, flexible leasing and lease to own terms, P-rooms are a one stop shop for any spatial design solution.
P-Room is a portable, pre-fabricated living space available for rent or purchase. The portable rooms are intended for a wide array of uses including: home office, spare bedroom for guests, temporary living during construction, job site offices for contractor teams, temporary sales offices and temporary living spaces during disaster relief situations.
What separates this concept from the competitors is the inventory ready to be delivered in one to two days from the signing of the lease agreement. With a showroom displaying the basic models and a sales force that is accommodating to a client's needs whether temporary or long term, P-room can be a fast way to have a quality room delivered with the ease of flexible terms for the average consumer. Pricing for the rooms range from $800 - $1,000 per month. Weekly rates are also available upon request.
